I took time out of my day just to deal with total un-professionals that could care less about customers that don't meet their criteria. It's unbelievable the lack of decency dealing with small businesses today. I'm guessing the job was probably not enough money for Tim and his sons. They told me they had to pass on the job because I had hardwood and claimed that to clean my upholstery they would get solution on my floors. I could tell from the minute he came in he acted like my condo I got such a bad vibe from them. I made a few simple requests for them to where booties and asked if the could enter with their equipment from the front of my condo which many other carpet cleaners have had no problem doing so. They immediately acted like I was being such a problem. This guy is so UN PROFFESIONAL! He could of asked me several questions over the phone before I took time out of my entire morning and day before to prepare for the cleaning. He told me he would arrive at 10am (no window time) and I got no call ahead. 10 am no show. 25 minutes later I had to call him to make sure he was coming to then he gives me a window time between 10 and 11. If he would have called ahead and admitted he was running late it would have been more professional. Tim's memory is very short and he doesn't write anything down that he quotes you on the phone (most likely intentional). He forgot that was even cleaning my upholstery and didn't remember what he quoted me on price because he said he didn't write it down. I made my appointment with only a few days before(Really you forgot?). I really don't know how he stays in business.
