Metro Carpet & Floors

We bought hardwood floors and living room carpeting. We were told when they would deliver the carpet and they did not show up. When called I called to ask about it, they could have cared less. First they could not find my order than the excuse was their running late, their are on the way, they stopped for lunch. They never did show up that day but then the next.

Fair price, quality pad and carpet. Had entire second floor and 2 sets of stairs done. The stairs look amazing, wrapped tight. Two installers worked most of the day, and the job was very professional. No uneven padding underneath that I can find, and they didn't mind my going around to chisel flat some uneven subflooring. I did find a few carpet staples sitting loose on the stairs, which would be the only complaint.

Ali is the man! Great product and even better install. I can’t even recognize my basement anymore. Highly recommend Ali and the rest of the metro team!

This is my first online review ever. We purchased carpet for our whole house from Metro Carpet and it was an awesome experience. Sam was very helpful and got us exactly what we were looking for. We had shopped around and the price we got was far less than Lowe’s, Home Depot, and other carpet stores for the same carpet so we did our whole house versus the 3 rooms we were originally going to carpet. The installation was perfect. Ali, the installer, was very accommodating and easy to work with, and unlike all the other stores we shopped at, installation was only 2 weeks after purchase versus 4-8 weeks with everyone else.
