Why does this gym close so much earlier than the other locations around here

I joined a contest because I had been thinking about getting a membership at Crunch as there is one nearby to me. However, after being harassed by your employees with nearly weekly phone calls, voicemails, emails, and text messages, plus after seeing all of the terrible reviews about how you have to enter a contract in order to have a membership here, I’ll never do business with Crunch. Especially after seeing a former colleague’s review on here - I know and trust his word. This location must be terrible.

Definitely one of the smaller locations. No dedicated stretching area either, which is so odd to me coming from being a Planet Fitness member for years. Every gym should have a area for stretching. Otherwise the staff is nice and the people seem pretty cool here. No major complaints.
