      image I paid Silver tax group $8500 for their service 5 years ago. I have got nothing but the run around every since they got paid. First off they filed my claim wrong and expected me to pony up the money for their mistake. The IRS says we owe them $15,000 and Silver Tax assured me they could get this significantly lower. Over the last few years I kept hearing the IRS is backed up it will take time. Well my neighbor hired a tax attorney and had his issue resolved in a year. Now they wont even return my emails or calls this last year. I would give them negative stars if I could. I am tired of them giving me the runaround. Go somewhere else you can get the service cheaper and faster.
      Update: We hired a different Attorney and they got are taxes lowered by 60% and only took 6 months. Thanks for nothing silver tax group. UPDATE: Theyre lying in their response to My review. They did not get any tax lowered, and they did not get any interest, lowered and I can prove it. Silver tax group are frauds.

      In this case, the individual hired the Firm to file unfiled tax returns, CP2000 defense, and audit defense. There was no agreement to file any manner of offer in compromise or doubt as to liability. That negotiation would have been a totally separate agreement and work.
