        We had settled on getting Vanguard replacement windows for our three bedrooms and bath. I went to other "suppliers" of replacement windows to see their Vanguard windows and they either had none or just one to see! At JWS's showroom, we were able to see and feel the windows, the colors, and discuss all the options. Then John Zook came out and measured, and we finalized the deal. He appeared to really know the product and made the ordering of options easy. Our windows came in a week or two later than expected, but that was with the Sunshine Window factory, not JWS. They scheduled the install when the windows arrived and did a professional installation. A year later, we have had no issues whatsoever with the windows.
