Rude and Disrespectful. The first time I walked in, the gentleman at the front desk refused to acknowledge me. I assumed he was on the phone as he had a blue tooth in his ear. After a few minutes of him awkwardly looking up at me every few seconds from his computer, I realized he wasn't on the phone. I couldn't believe he never acknowledged me, said hello, or asked what I was there for! A few months in, I started having a problem when I needed to get accounts switched for the auto pay. Called to ask questions about it, I was talked to like a dumb child being scolded by an adult. When I asked why my bill increased, I was told "I don't know" with no offer to look into it. Spent about 25 minutes on the phone and it was clear that Betty herself has no clue how to run their system. No respect, desire to assist, or an ounce of customer service from them. No wonder they can't employ anyone but family.

Betty and Her staff seems to have forgotten the meaning of the word service, and respect. Foot dragging and backing charging seems to be the norm.

Cannot get ahold of them. I want to talk to someone about my policy but can't call on my lunch break or after work because they close for lunch I guess. Very frustrating!

Great agent interaction and overall agency. I put in a request and within five minutes my request was fulfilled. The agent that helped me was outgoing, friendly, and didn't hesitate to help me. I would recommend this agency. They are helpful and they care about helping their customers unique situations.
