I have gone to this location for years and always had good food. But now for the last three months they have gone down hill from loosing the order to not having it in the computer to now the food is not good to eat anymore

Waited 30 minutes for a phone in order only to get there they can't find my order after much confusion, he take my order again. I asked if it was going to take another 30 minutes, the Manger assures me she would go make it herself so 10 minutes tops but proceeds to wait on customers behind me for another 5 minutes so 23 minutes later I get my Pizza with an explanation of we made your first order but we had to throw it away no reason why they threw it away and hadn't made another one last time I will go to the Fremont location 2nd time with bad customer service
