Im not sure how to start this, to be honest. But here it goes! So Ive been looking on and off for a small tractor with a loader and a mower for probably 3 years. We have a kubota dealer close to home, but I was not impressed with them. Im guessing they didnt take me serious that I was going to make a purchase, so didnt make an effort to even show me anything or answer any questions or suggest a tractor. So I started looking at Mahindra, JD, NH, Kioti, and comparing them. But Ive always been around Kubota. So I decided to reach out to Pells. Adam was the salesman that I got in contact with, I explained the situation and what kind of work Id be using the tractor for, size of the machine, etc. he told me a B2601 would be perfect for what I need. So I did some research on that particular model, and went and checked it out. Over the course of a few days, I am sure I got on his nerves, multiple questions, scenarios, hiccups, etc. but he would promptly respond to all my questions, never seemed bothered by me. Well, I finally pulled the trigger and made up my mind on exactly what I wanted and how I wanted to do it. We got the ball rolling and when everything was ready to go, my daughter was born unexpectedly (month early). I did not show up on time to finish the deal, but we did it! Im the proud owner of a Kubota B2601 and Im impressed with it so far! Also a notable thing, Adam not once pushed me to making the purchase, as he knew it was a huge investment. So I respect the no-pressure aspect, but he was always there to show me something or answer a question I had. Super impressed! Thanks again to Adam and Pells, my search is finally over and I ended up with what I wanted in the beginning!
