I was investigating a possible legal matter. I contacted Law Offices of James Bell P.C., Healthcare Fraud Group via their online chat extension. The person with whom I spoke was attentive and certainly made sure to address my needs. Before long, I was contacted by them and they left a message on my voicemail. Before I could even get the chance to call them back, they contacted me. I spoke with them about the issue at hand. They made me feel secure and safe in a time that I certainly was not feeling either. They continued to speak with me throughout the rest of the day, all as part of an initial consultation. Highly satisfied with the experience of hiring an attorney with Law Offices of James Bell P.C., Healthcare Fraud Group. I had been calling around a few places to hire an attorney for my boyfriend who had been arrested on medical issues that ended in him going to jail. When wanting to just give up on trying to hire anyone and have my boyfriend just ride his time out in jail, James gave me a phone call that made everything look like a good change was going to happen. James was straight forward on how everything was going to be if I was to hire him. The best choice I made was having him take on my boyfriend's cases. He was on top of letting me know what was going on with each case and if any changes were along the way if I had any questions on anything about the case he was responding in a decent amount of time. He was determined to have a change in the cases he had taken on, by the way, a lot of change happened, was able to get less jail time and cases closed for my boyfriend. Again, highly recommend hiring.
