I don't care if it's the insurer's fault or the dentistry, I was somehow covered for my excavation, paid the rest, and got a bill months later for the amount that was already covered.
This happened after we already had a cleaning where the coverage had to be double-checked, and I ended up being covered and refunded, so who knows what's really going on.
