        Have worked with them twice now to get my son from the airport in Grand Rapids to his dorm in Big Rapids and both times have gone smoothly despite the second time having delays from Delta Air that caused the day of flight to change. They are flexible, provide accurate price quotes, very understanding, fast email replies, and ultimately a smooth and safe ride experience. Highly recommend if you want to take the hassle out of getting somewhere from the airport in Grand Rapids, MI.

        I scheduled a few weeks in advance for a ride to the airport with this car service based on the good reviews. They called the night before and promptly showed up as scheduled. I appreciated the professionalism and reliability of this service and actually forgot to leave this review back in November 2021 when I had the ride. This is the first review I have ever posted on google because I think it is important to ensure those looking for a good car service that Excel Taxi Service is the best.
