Canterbury Cottage & Kids

We have purchased many pieces of furniture in the past and love the quality and unique furniture they have. Stopped in today to look at a new bedroom and new items on the showroom floor. The experience today was unlike any other that we have had in the past. The young lady at the desk was rude and showed no interest in helping us. We asked if the store had any bedroom sets, she replied "I don't know, I've worked her for less than a year" then put her head down a continued on the computer. It would of been nice to see some effort to either ask a senior staff member or to simply say " I'm not sure, let me look into that for you." Instead she pushed our business out the door, and potentially the loss of a large sale since bedroom sets are not cheap. At this point not sure if I will return to the store after such an embarrassing experience.

The staff is so nice and they have a great selection of unique product. The owner, Cindy, was very pleasant and helpful.

This place is amazing! Cindy, the owner was completely kind and helpful. She was more than happy to help me select the perfect furniture for my home. The items in this store are amazing quality and the prices are fair. I will never shop anywhere else!
