Pass... Big pass. My friend tried to tell me. No need or desire to call your clown car. Closed out the account today. Retaliatory, Unorganized, and Ignorant come to mind when I banked here. You literally can call and talk to 4 people and get 4 different answers. I think a lot of people want to support and use this bank because of MSU but they're not the same. Loyalty to MSU has no bearing on the poor service you receive here. Think long and hard before opening an account here. You might find yourself in a similar situation. I wish I could give -5 stars to this bank. #MSUStrong though. Emily B. Is a total clown car I would fire her if she was my employ.

We've had great experiences at this branch, worth paying parking for sure! This credit union looks at individuals differently than an average bank & seems to legitimately care.

This credit union is far superior to any bank and of the hundreds of times I have been at branches and needed any form of assistance they have been nothing but helpful. I will absolutely never deal with any other financial institution for my person finances. From ordering foreign currency to loans, I have nothing but good things to say about MSUFCU.
