The main office kept me updated on when the material would arrive as well as the crew. Aran supervised the install and clearly the crew had a great amount of experience. The team worked well together. The roof turned out great and working with Aran made it a very friendly experience instead of a cold business transaction. Arrow Roofing worked with my insurance company and insured my new roof was of the same quality as the one removed. We worked with Neftaly Vasquez, who was very professional and followed through in a timely manner on getting a new roof put on our cottage. The Arrow crew were incredibly hard workers, thorough and polite. Things were so cleaned up when they left, that one wouldnt know a roofing crew had even been here!
