Called these guys to fix my roof and they did a phenomenal job from answering the phone to being on time to run my quote and the work they did was above and beyond what my expectations were. Thank you and GREAT JOB!

I recommend Tyler for your home project. The staff are people of integrity and character. My roof job was executed beautifully by a friendly, hard-working and skilled crew. The cleanup was stellar. Every concern or question I had was promptly addressed by Vinny, Pat and Charlie. Five stars!!

First time I called, someone answered. They said theyd come out that Wednesday and get me the quote either Wednesday or Thursday. Told me I didnt need to be there. Well the following Tuesday came around, I was patient because of the holidays, nothing. Im calling this company multiple times. Leaving multiple voicemails. Finally randomly I get a quote emailed from them (was a very good price!) Call them and someone answers. Told them i needed gutters too and that wasnt on the quote. He said he can come Wednesday at 1 to meet me and measure for gutters and double check on roof quote, because it was just a satellite estimate, he never actually came out for the first quote. Wednesday rolled around and I called in the morning, no answer. Left a voicemail just checking if one oclock was still planned. No one showed, no email, no call. On the bright side, we called AJs roofing and they answered and were out here and gave me a quote the very next day. The person I spoke to at Tylers was nice. He was a calm spoken person, not rude. I just think they have a scheduling issue. I was very patient with the holidays, but it is no longer the holidays.
