Brook Windy Companies Inc

Windy Brook has contracted us to do a solarium re-glaze as a sub-contractor in September 2017.We replaced all the windows as requested. This was in Northern Michigan and was quite a drive from our office in Lansing Michigan. They have still neglected to pay us after numerous attempts. They currently owe us over $3,000. I would think twice about hiring this company for any work, with their lack of integrity.

Tim and the crew showed up when we needed them to pump out water in our basement and they did decent work for us in our time of need. We put a $1,000 deposit with Tim. After 3-4 hours of work, the crew left. The next day, I called Tim and let him know that we'd be going a different direction for any future services and we decided to go with a different restoration company for any future work. Tim was fine with that and told me he would settle up on our bill. After calling Tim 4-5 times to settle up on the work completed in exchange for the deposit placed over a 6-8 week period, he has yet to settle up on charges. We paid them $1,000 and they completed 3-4 hours of work. A small refund is due, but trying to get a hold of Tim to actually get this done has been unsuccessful. Every time you call, there is always a reason on why it's not getting done. I guess I just need to take a loss on $200 - $300. Service: Water damage cleanup

In this day and age, it’s very difficult to find experts you trust. But I’ve become very familiar with Windy Brook. After learning a little more about the expressive training Tim and his team have acquired, my respect and understanding level went through the roof. This community is fortunate to have Windy Brook. I just hope they all find them before making a terrible alternative choice. Especially a vendor that the insurance sends out. It’s clear whose best interest they have in mind. Not their customers, that is crystal clear and I now understand it better.

These guys are some of the best in the business. Let’s be honest... No one hopes to ever “need” emergency services like water extraction or fire damage repairs but when you do, Tim and Windy Brook Companies is who you want to call!
