Advertises discounts they wont honor. They also claim every vehicle online is presold to avoid you pursuing listed discount. They will ask for your info info to try and lock you into an incoming unit at which they have no timeline to honor.

Pure trash dealership. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. I called this dealership yesterday afternoon, they told me they have a Lyriq for test drive , I can just walk in and try. Once the Lyriq is hitting 5000 miles, it will be available for sale. I came here today around 3:40pm, asking for the test driving , the first sales lied to me saying they don't have a Lyriq available, while the Lyriq was just sitting outside in parking lot. Then, I nicely told her that I called before, I was told there is a test drive car available, she disappeared afterwards. Then after 20 mins another sales come by saying they need insurance to test drive, we said we just wanna to open the door and take a look inside of the vehicle. He disappeared. 40mins waiting and no one ever really taking care of us. All the sales were trying to show an ignorance face to us! For sure, we will NOT buy any Cadillac products from now on. We were choosing between the model Y and Lyriq, they just helped us to choose the tesla! Ignorant and discrimination place!
