Such great staff!! Got all the paperwork and preemptive stuff done super fast and had no problems! They explained everything super great for us to be new home owners! And they continue to help everyday if we need it. The homes are kept nicely and it's a nice quiet park next to the busiest part of Saginaw!

I went today into the office looking for a new home and I found the sweetest lady called Heather Nash and she was the most caring and sweet person I’ve ever had the pleasure to speak to she was clear and made the process easy I will definitely recommend you guys to contact her if you trying to own a home or rent

Just want the people in the Great Lakes Bay region to know the fine/hard working people at Saginaw Valley homes are there to serve you first. They go above and beyond to help their residents. Orenthius Lowery comes to mind right off the bat. He goes the extra mile to help anyone. Very respectful and knowledgeable. Puts you first. Great person.

Maintenance and Management have been awesome. Bejay has been sooo helpful every time we need something. Polite and quick! Both him and O also helped me catch my dog when he got out. I am very thankful for their help. I moved here from an apartment complex, and very happy I did. The community is perfect for us!
