We truly be missed by many. I first knew mark back in 2009. He hired me. We didn't always agree on everything but we kept in touch through the years. I was truly in shock when I heard the news yesterday. Best wishes to his Wife and 3 daughters.

We hired Mark to do a roof replacement on our home after looking at multiple other roofing companies. Xtreme hit a home run with us. Mark was professional and prompt. He provided explanation and education on our product choices. His crew was filled with the hardest workers. They were impressive, polite and personable. Mark kept in contact with us as the project progressed and did a complete walk through with us upon the completion of the installation. They do not back their "gutter warranty". Initially, I was very impressed on the quick response and job done on a timely manner. They even gave me a 10-year "labor" warranty on the new gutters. However for the past 3 months I've been contacting them about one of the small gutters end cap, that has a defect which keeps leaking on my house wall (see picture). And they provide all kind of excuses, and said that this was "normal". Since they keep avoiding to do the warranty work, I'm going to have to contact other company, or fix it myself. If they finally decide to come and fix it I will be happy to give them a better start rating, but I have to be fair and honest for other people to make them aware of this concern. It's becoming frustrating as a customer for something they can fix in few minutes. Service: Gutter installation
