    Worst customer service ever, these people should not be allowed to interact with customers

    -5 stars , tragic workplace , completely corrupted , customer service reps always complaining on the phone , never get anything done , 0 callbacks after 20 calls, cs complaining about workload and managers not responding , no accountability. Burdens to anyone who allows them to do business with them. God bless anyone who has to deal with anyone here.

    Very long waiting time for call center (average 40 minutes or so), and not efficient. I bought the COBRA health insurance briefly recently in order to get myself / my family covered as my new employer's healthcare benefits did not kick in immediately. But between the 3rd party and ABS, someone dropped the ball and they denied the coverage for a routine service for my daughter. Initially I chose CORBA instead of ACA (Obama Care) as I thinking it's a less change in terms of healthcare plan, group number etc. And I knew ACA is usually cheaper than COBRA. Next time I will go ACA if applicable.

    United Health Care conferenced me into Berta at Automated Benefits Services. These people should NEVER be allowed to interact with customers. She denied ABS information about my primary insurance was incorrect even after she said it was now corrected. The information we have is not in error. Thats what was in the file. Argumentative, interrupting, talking over me. Shameful. Avoid.
