The most unprofessional, rude, lazy and dishonest people I have ever dealt with. They take no time to explain their billing system ,  they decide what they will charge yet have no knowledge of what they did for the service they didn't provide.  They don't finish the job, have horrible customer service and I would never recommend anyone to this sham of a firm again.  Please take your services to knowledgeable , kind, friendly and hard working professionals.  Spare yourself the agony of having to deal with people who make you feel bad for wasting your money on them.  The old customer reviews were before they bought out an old firm in Sterling Heights.  They have no clue on how to merge, lost all scruples along with their marbles.2/26/19. Stay away!!!!!!
