Crunch Fitness - Taylor

Lack of accommodation from most of the staff, the cycling and classroom should be open to all members when classes arent in session, also not the cleanest, however the gym has a convenient location & theres a sauna, but be prepared for members to constantly lower the temp. Access to the bike and classroom should be available until closing especially considering those who fast during the month of Ramadan and workout after breaking fast. Whata joke

I began attending Crunch Taylor when my previous gym left me feeling uncomfortable and unsupportive. Throughout my short time with Crunch Taylor Ive had the ability to work with Jake the trainer, meet many of the staff, and truly feel like this is a gym that I can grow with not only physically but mentally. Jake is an amazing trainer and truly pushes me to my potential. Dan and the other trainers make the environment welcoming and supportive. Joe and the other desk staff make me always leave feeling positive.

Bought this membership because I work late and needed to be able to tan before my vacation and there are no tanning salons open late enough. Silly to use a gym to tan but that was the sole purpose. Online, door signage and staff say theyre open until 12am Mon-Friday but its Thursday 11:30pm and the doors are locked for entry

I recently visited Crunch Fitness and had an exceptional experience. Taylor, the instructor, led an energizing class that left me feeling motivated and inspired. Joe, the assistant, was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The general manager demonstrated true professionalism and dedication to ensuring a positive environment for all members. Stacy, the front desk manager, greeted me with a warm smile and efficiently handled any administrative needs. Even as I was canceling my membership, they treated me with nothing but the utmost respect, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend Crunch Fitness for their outstanding team and excellent service.
