J&J Tree Trimming & Removal

Had a tree removed, literally picked it up and put it in their truck. Took 15 minutes. When they were leaving they ran over my split rail fence and broke it. I admit it was old but it was still standing. They said they would replace it. It has been seven weeks and still waiting.

I had John and Josh out to remove about 7 large trees close to my house. They showed up when they were supposed to and did a great job only taking about 1.5 hours from start to finish. Highly recommend and will be using again for the next batch of trees we need down.

My neighbor had some trees cut down. They had a tree and a stump cut down right next to my fence. The tree had actually grown into my fence. This company came out, did the work and literally cut a section of my fence out and left it open. It could not be closed. There was a foot wide section of my fence gone. When they were called about it they denied doing it. But funny the tree was gone. They continued to deny it. When I asked for it to be replaced I again was told they didn't do it. I was home at the time. There was no one else there. I said please do the responsible thing so I don't have to go to small claims court. When I told him that, he said fine he would see me in court, he had a lot of money. Eventually after I posted a review on his website he apologized somewhat and sent a TREE person to fix my fence. He was as rude as could be. And...my fence is still just patched and all uneven. Don't use this company.

Excellent service. On time, got the job done efficiently and quickly. Cleaned up everything and ground the stumps (even an "extra" from one I had taken down). Highly recommend.
