        Dr. Viola badgered my aunt every day while she was in icu to enroll in the rehab unit at Royal Oak. Once she transferred to rehab, never saw her again. Yet she billed her for 70 minutes of face to face time. The rehab she received was not practical, such that she refused PT after her ortho surgery a month later.
