Choices Insight Counseling

I cannot recommend Liz at Choices Insight Counseling enough. After having a very difficult time adjusting after a period of upheaval and trauma, I was so lucky to be connected to her a few years ago. I had peers in situations similar to my own and I have never had such a strong sense of the fact that not all therapists are equal. I wouldnt only recommend her to women, parents, or people who have been underwhelmed with therapy in the past but I can attest that my needs as someone who entered therapy with all of those conditions were well met. I felt like my multiple roles and values were very seen. Liz is professional, grounded, and has an approach that felt particularly personalized. I felt comfortable very quickly and didnt feel like I had to wait several sessions before really beginning to engage. Liz met me where I was at. She was very sharp and perceptive but never in a way that felt critical, aggressive, or unsupportive. It was the kind of therapy that holds space for you when youre very much going through it and is there for you while you get better. I hope anyone who needs that is able to find it. Try here!
