We used Traci to try and purchase our first home. Traci was nice and worked outside of normal 9-5 hours for us, I'll give her that. However, we were lost during the entire process. Things were not thoroughly explained, everything was SOOO unorganized and unclear and we ended up spending hundreds of dollars to try and purchase a house that ended up falling through because Traci never pre-approved us for our loan before she convinced us put in an offer on the house saying that we planned to purchase it with this loan, so at the very last minute we didn't qualify for our loan and had to back out of the offer. After we put in the offer, we had an inspection done which raised some concerns. Traci and her brother (they're a package deal) were very pushy about ignoring the concerns because "it's such a good buy" which made us uncomfortable. The house had major utility updates which is why they were pushing us to ignore the concerns we had, but I shouldn't have to feel like you're more worried about losing a sale than putting clients in a house they're unhappy with. Ultimately it was a waste of everyone's time. Needless to say, we found someone else to help us and we will never use or recommend Traci again.
