Called these people and told them there was a baby wipe clogging my drain. The guy came, claimed he couldn't find it but cleared whatever was clogging it for $230. A week later, same thing started happening. When I called them back, they said it would be another $230 because warranty doesn't cover baby wipes, which they ever pulled out in the first place. Don't waste your time and money here. I called another company the same day and they took it out for $100. Scammers.

I have used F&K many times to help with my 100 year old home- they are fast, responsive, and very customer-centric. If something is out of their scope or a part they needed was hard to source, they were open and honest and we worked together for a solution. I recommend them to anyone in the Pointes that needs a great plumbing company to work on their home.
