        This morning gerber made my life hell. Less than a year ago i dropped my car off to them to get fixed and they direct me to enterprise. Got to leave in a camaro for only 10$! Today they send me over there telling me they do not cover me on a loaner unless I had to return my car to them to get fixed if they didnt do the job right. (Wouldve been nice to know that huh gerber?) Why was i able to leave the with a loaner then but not today. I missed out on 300$ at work today because they gave me no info on how id be driving after I dropped my car off. All the ladies in the office are friendly but suck at customer service and didnt help me at all. "We will have to investigate" actually do your jobs and help your customers.
