TCF Bank

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Since the merger with Huntington, the staff and services here has taken a serious dive. They no longer take any coins, rolled or not, they don't have consistent lobby hours because according to the branch managers, they don't have help. We can no longer do business with TCF as their lack of service doesn't meet our simple financial needs. Footnote to original review after response from TCF: Teller gave us coin rolls and told us to roll our coins. Returned with rolled coins, took them out of the bag and neatly stacked while she watched. Only when we were done doing this, she said “we don’t take rolled coins” Also we confirmed posted hours which are NOT followed. Lobby is closed during posted open hours periodically due to staffing shortages. And we can’t call the branch directly as they won’t give out there number and customer service can’t get anyone to answer the phone either.

Formerly Chemical Bank customer (they were always great), now former TCF customer. Unhelpful staff and manager. I'll take my business to a bank with some courtesy and common sense. Don't spend your $3 statement fees in one place... Hopefully, Huntington will turn things around.

I have always had a wonderful and amazing visit here. They are fast and afficiate and are always Curtius.
