Pryor's Custom Caulking

Terrible experience. I reached out to Pryor's to look at redoing some work in my home. Set up a day for them to come look and estimate and they didn't show up. When I contacted them to get a status, they said they had to reschedule as something came up. I tried to be forgiving and agreed to set up a different day. The second time around they came, and provided an estimate a few days later. I agreed to it, and they notified me that they would add me to the schedule. Didn't hear back, so I reached out to get an update, and after a few requests they stated they already set me up for a date, but never notified me. I agreed to the date and said I would make it work (almost 2 months out). I took the day off of work and got my home ready for them. They were to arrive at 930 am, and I received a text and an email the day before. 930 came and nobody showed up. I waited till about 10, and tried to call with no answer. Tried again at 1030, emailed, texted, tried everything. Finally at 2pm, I received a text stating they are not going to make it - go figure. I took a day off of work for nothing, sat waiting for them for nothing, and cleared out the areas to get ready for them for nothing. Complete waste of time, and completely unprofessional. Would never call on them again, nor would I recommend anyone to call on them for service. It amazes me that companies like this are still in business; shame on them.

We needed caulking for our drive way, old caulk was rotting away. These guys are professionals, cut up the old caulk, cleaned up the concrete nicely. Put down foam to fill in all the gaps placing the caulk neatly on. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend.

The whole team was fantastic. I had my whole house all windows and front porch caulked for waterproofing. They took the time to grind out and clean out all old caulk. They then packed all the window joints with filler and caulked over beautifully. Very professional service and communication and very timely with the job overall. Thank you!! Would highly recommend. We used pryor's to redo all of the caulking on our windows and doors, and repair some sealant next to the house/driveway after having cracked caulk and some water coming in the house. They did a great job. The service wasn't the cheapest of the quotes we received, but they were the only ones who said they would remove the old caulk first. The team came out and it was a day's work to do the entire house. We are very happy with the results and would use them again. After seeing the work involved with the job and the care they took doing it, we believe the cost was well worth it.
