Joann's Tailoring

JoAnn is a very nice lady. However, she is a below average or at best average tailor. I gave three nice jeans to tailor the length. The length was good, but the stitching was not good. She used a very thin thread for each of the jeans even though rest of the jeans had thicker thread. When I called back to state that it doesn't look good because the stitching is barely even visible and does not look good on jeans. She did not offer to make it better and just made up an excuse that she does not have other thread... she is a tailor and it does not make sense that she does not have thicker thread in any of the different colors. If you want quality work on nice clothes would suggest going somewhere else. Only giving 3 stars instead of 2 stars because she was initially nice and was timely in the work.
