Family Dollar

If I could leave 0stars, I would. The store manager is terribly rude and the store itself is always filthy. The manager and employees sit out side and smoke constantly while customers are inside shopping and waiting to be rung up. They have sale signs posted, and then refuse to honor those sales. I have tried reaching out their corporate office several time, with no response. Take your money somewhere else!!

This store has major issues. Normally there is is sign saying closed due to register reboot, or a sign that says, back in 20 minutes ( not saying when 20 minutes is). Today I drive across town only to find out they are closed for the rest if the day!!!! On a Friday..how do they stay in business. No one from Corp. will return or answer a call. Very unprofessional

Store is finally closing because the strip mall is being condemned and demolished. Store closing signs posted on family Dollar now.

Only reason they got 1 star is because I had to give them a star to leave comment let me start by saying everyone in that store doesnt know what they are doing they go outside smoke while customers are in store not only that the manager alex is rude sits outside does things he should not be doing at work not only that we go there everyday and spend money one of the ladies I work with went and tried to buy 2 20oz pop they was 2 for 3.50 with tax should have been 3.75 they rang up 4 she asked for manager the manager refused to over ride .25 for a customer that comes in everyday so I went over there to try and talk to him and explain to him you still have the sign up you have to give it to her at that its not our fault you wasnt doing your job correctly and took the sign down let me remind you ive managed retail for the last 8 years I know what your allowed to do and what your suppose to do and for him to start screaming in the store with 10 people in there over .25 and of us asking a question is unprofessional ive tried calling corperate on them can't ever get through to any of them never the store is disgusting in there they sell exspired things in there they have there friends hang out while working so then he told me that none of us where allowed back in there which nobody threatened him he has no reason to band anybody let alone have the authority to with out proper cause. Being told your wrong is not proper cause. I would apperciate if family dollar and family dollar corperate learned how to do there job and return somebody call and check into this matter bc this is exactly why your closing all your stores bc you have somebody in charge that does not know what they are doing or talking about and is very rude and doesn't need to be working in retail.
