        We bought a house last year and had never lit our gas fireplace. I called one of their competitors to place a service call and the call was disconnected after being placed on hold for 7 minutes. I called Fireplace Creations LLC and spoke to Travis. He was fantastic! I informed him of our situation and he walked me through their restoration process. I was ready to schedule a visit from them and found out that we were outside of their service area. He continued to let me know what we should have someone check when we did have someone out. I took a look at the fireplace after I hung up with Travis and had a few more general questions. I called Fireplace Creations back just in the off chance they might be willing to share information and answer my basic questions. I left a voice message. About 5 minutes later TRAVIS CALLED ME BACK! This was HUGE considering the times we live in. He not only answered my additional questions but also provided me with enough information to get my fireplace turned on and running along with some troubleshooting tips that were not included in the manual. THANK YOU Travis and Fireplace Creations! I will certainly be recommending you to family and friends that live closer to your service area. It is wonderful to see a family owned business that provides a higher standard of customer service than their competitors. You have made me and (more importantly) my wife happy!

        I called left a message re: an issue I was having w/ my fireplace. Travis the owner called me back and explained that they're booked up for some time but gave me a few troubleshooting things to check. I tried them and BINGO my fireplace is back ON! We were dreading not gathering around the fireplace during the holiday season but thanks to Travis going extra mile our holidays will be pleasant and warm. These folks care about your fireplace like you're their aunt & uncle.
