Like others here have mentioned, T&M is not exactly customer service oriented. My daughter got in an accident, and this company was the closest option. They came and took her car to their lot (the driver, by the way, was helpful and friendly). Less than 48 hours later, though, we were trying to get our car back from them, and T&M was surprisingly difficult to work with. Every interaction we had with Mark made it clear that he was annoyed by having to talk with customers. At one point he said he "can't get anything done because customers keep interrupting" him. Later, we asked for an estimate before leaving to pick up the car and he answered, "How would I know? I don't have your paperwork in front of me." We said even an estimate would be fine. He told us he had no idea how much the bill was, but to "Bring $500 in cash and I'll tell you how much it costs when you get here." We eventually got our car back from him, but throughout the whole process it was clear that T&M is having a hard time managing the business right now. We overpaid by using them, but the way they treated us was worse than the cost. Service: Car towing
