ZAGG at Burnsville Center

Went in twice trying to get a protector for my Apple watch. The first time their shipment hadn’t showed up, the second time I left work to swing by and they were closed in the middle of the day

The Burnsville Center location is an absolute joke as well as the company in general. I have driven out of my way twice during operating hours only to have the doors closed with a sign that says it should be open. Calling the listed phone number gets you nowhere either. It's to a corporate automated line without access to the actual store to make sure they are open when they say they are. Find a new phone protection company everyone.

The guy at the Rosedale store was almost an hour late, and then he didn't have the screen I needed. Here I am sitting outside the Burnsville center location, 10:20 am and still no lights on it the store and the door has a bike lock on the front door. You should change all of your store hours from noon to 3pm just to be on the safe side

I purchased note 8 screen protector from here with life time warranty. Whenever i ask for a replacement for a broken screen protector they say it is out of stock.

It’s 3:00, their hours are 10 AM to 9 PM, and it’s closed. I’ve made multiple trips and they’re closed every time.
