Cloquet Flooring installed laminate flooring in our living room, kitchen, and laundry room. The installer, Justin, did a fantastic job! The entire process went smoothly and we highly recommend this business!

Terrible customer service. I ordered my carpet at the end of October and was told it would be installed the beginning of November, still waiting. Additionally, they never call back when they say they will. Their communication is awful. We were told on two separate dates someone would come to install the carpet, so we had someone here to let them in and moved all our furniture. They never showed and never called either. At this point trying to decide if I should just cancel my order. If you have any sort of timeline, DO NOT use this company.

My wife and I bought carpet from Cloquet Flooring. We had a date set for installation. We were told that we would receive a phone call the day before installation as for what time the installer would be there. Reason for the phone call so I could take my bed apart and get it out of the way. I had just sat down to a hot breakfast there was a knock on the door. It was the installer. He had to wait for a half hour while I took the bed apart. Then I got to a cold breakfast. The installer was understanding as for how I felt. Jake the installer did a great job. The carpet looks good. I really think that was very inconsiderate of Cloquet Flooring for not returning my call after I called them the evening before. I left a message and was told someone will return my call that evening. They didn't. That's the reason for the three star's.
