        My experience with Alliance was fantastic! I unfortunately had Bambi run into my vehicle while on 494 in Plymouth. The two individuals who assisted me provided great customer service. A couple days after my incident my mother was involved in an accident as well due to a bad driver. Alliance allowed me to swap out rental vehicle which helped me find a vehicle for her. The vehicles I used were newer models, clean, and with current tech (key less entry, push button start, navigation, and Bluetooth.) I highly recommended Alliance Rental
