Pei Wei Asian Diner

Something has changed at this location, and not for the better. My last two visits have been disappointing (pick up, and dine-in). We ordered on the App for pickup and went to the location at the time stated on the app. We were greeted promptly by someone at the register but still had to wait another 15-20 minutes to get our food. This past weekend we went back since we were in the area and dined in. It took a significantly longer time to get our meals than it has in the past (2-3x longer). There was also a large amount of tables that were not clean, some of which were still not cleaned off by the time we left. Not sure what has changed at this location but it's terrible now.

My boyfriend and I have been here in the past, but this will be our last time. They were out of ice, the floor was sticky, we had to wipe down our own table, they messed up my order, my boyfriend's chicken portion was smaller than usual, and they didn't even take away the empty appetizer plate when they brought out the entree. I also heard the people behind us get food brought out that was supposed to be to go. Yikes. Just not impressed.

Staff is amazing, I think his name was tony he was pretty cute, and the manger was very sweet to me, pretty good food , I just go there for the boy toys

If you have a dairy allergy, your choices are EXTREMELY limited. I even had to argue with the people cooking my food because they said I could not have it, when the website said it was safe. I don't think I will be coming back, especially because there are other Asian restaurants that have better choices.
