Update April 4, 2024: Again faced issues with their system, some of the zones were not working. I contacted them and they recommended one of their contractors to see the issue. They inspected and mentioned that there is an incorrect installation done by the previous contractor and it needs to be fixed. When I mentioned the same to the Irrigreen customer service, they wanted to fix it out my own expenses instead of them fixing it as its an incorrect installation done by the contractor who they assigned. I dont mind paying like I paid for the inspection if it was a something to do on my part. But its an installation error/ mistake done by their assigned contractor. I am not an expert to know whether they have installed properly etc, since it was assigned by them so its assumed they know what they are doing. Paying around 5,k I am still unable water the lawn. I would NOT recommend this company, their customer service after sales is the worst. @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ If there is a negative rating then that will be my rating to this company. On seeing their improved all digital sprinkler, I purchased their sprinkler for my lawn. Right from day one had issues, their installation contractor messed up the installation due to which one or more sprinklers was always failing. Then came another installation contractor, they fixed the mess done by the earlier contractor. Then I got a water bill for $700 even with regular sprinkler system I never had a water bill for $700. When contacted them for clarification, I got a reply from them that they are investigating and then no response. I am having this system for almost 2 years and always had the sprinkler problem. You have to call/text them continuously otherwise they don't care to fix the issues, horrible customer service after sales. Really fed up with their customer service. If you are in Austin, TX then DO NOT BUY their system as they dont have proper contractors to install it and worst customer service after sales. It has been more than two months, one of the sprinkler was broken, even though they sent the sprinkler head but there is no contractor available to install it. Many times I called, texted still no response when they can send a contractor to install it. Worst customer service after sales. Save your $5k, worst company. Ray and Kim were the persons I used to call/text. Out of 10 times, 1 or 2 call you can expect them to answer and they will never call you even if they say/text they will call you but never call you and so the customer service, they say they have taken a note and Ray will call you but never happened. If you are so busy not caring for the customer, then why have a business? I will be more happy to return their sprinkles and get back my money. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Had the same experience as McKenzie Richards review. The install was fantastic and simple. Mapping a zone was pretty difficult, and inconsistent when testing runs. Any wind just destroys this sprinkler's accuracy. I worked hard and long on building a flat lawn with good topsoil, planted my seed, raked it in, put manure on top, and this sprinkler completely destroyed all the hard work I put in. It ripped out the seed and shot manure everywhere on its first run. None of my rye grass has come up, it completely destroyed hundreds of dollars of lawn material and weeks of hard labor. You can see in my picture how washed out everything became on one run. Previously to the run, everything was a nice even dark color of manure, now all my seed is washed out and manure thrown everywhere. I emailed their customer support, have called them multiple times, and have not got back a response. I think this sprinkler would be great for an existing lawn, but for new seed, or a new lawn, it's an absolute disaster. FOLLOW UP: I'm increasing up my star count by one. Customer service finally got back to me and provided a few suggestions such as using seed blankets for new lawns (super expensive, might as well use sod) and Constant Pressure Pump Control (also super expensive). I've reseeded the lawn (another $300) and will be hand watering into it takes root, then I'm hoping I can switch over to the sprinkler again.
