        Rude and condescending receptionist (Jenny? She works during the day) and unhelpful staff. The food is not good and restaurant is always short staffed. People don't want to work there because they are treated and paid poorly. Any complaints are immediately ignored and you are shunned. Especially the receptionist. The workers talk negatively about tenants openly in public areas. Not a comfortable place for an older person. Need a new receptionist and new administrator.
