If I could give a 0 star rating I most certainly would! Please do not go with this company!!!! Last couple weeks have had the WORST experience with them. We are a business and have pretty much had phone and internet on and off with absolutely no consistency causing us loss of revenue in terms of payroll, referrals, efficiency you name it After a lot of frustration, I finally called to find out what it would take to get out of the contract and they “don’t have an actual quote” but according to their calculation it would cost $10,000 to terminate the contract. If you can help it, PLEASE don’t sign up with them. Hopefully after a while people will rebel and put them out of business or else force them to provide quality service

I was totally put off by the sales reps that would come into my business 3 -5 times a month. I could recognise a Cbeyond rep before they finished walking in the door. From outright lies to extremely high pressure, these sales people represented a dishonest - pushy company that will never get my business. I am convinced that they were using me as a test by fire for their new trainees. Get lost Cbeyond - you can't see beyond your own greed.

Made the switch from Century Link for the same service but at a lower cost - so they said. Billings came in higher than with Century Link. Tried to resolve the issue, but there are no follow ups to my disputed bill, and emails get ignored. Now I'm under contract with them for a higher price than before, and will cost a ton to violate early termination of contract. Very disappointed, and didn't work to make things right. Avoid at all costs!

After we left it took them 6 months and many calls to get correct billing. If you have a good service do not change for savings. In the end it will cost you. I would not use ever

First off I NEVER had their service (nor would I). My review is based solely on their frequent and unwanted telemarketing. Even after being repeatedly told that we would not consider the reselling of our telephone service, they continue to call and call. Almost weekly. Now I get a call from "Birch" communications. Well would you look at that they have the same address. I hung up on the solicitor after I allowed him to think he had a live one. The return phone call showed a DIFFERENT caller ID!!!! This company and all of their DBA names are entirely a division of Fly By Night Industries. BBB lists hundreds of complaints for both Cbeyond and Birch. Would I recommend either to anyone, not on your life...
