The work the orthodontist did was great. The orthodontist’s secretary (the older lady) is rude. For the amount of money I paid this business I expected more tact. As a minority and watching how this secretary interacted w/ other customers — which was leaps and bounds better than how I was treated, especially the way I and my family were talked down to — it’s apparent the secretary is stuck in a different time when minorities couldn’t afford braces and knew their place in society.

The Swelstad Orthodontics team provided excellent service and care for my family. I really appreciate the ladies at the front desk, especially Sherri Dee, who is always respectful, congenial, and professional. Dr Swestad is very knowledgeable and it is obvious that he truly cares for his patients.
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office! *Thank you *

Great place . Very professional, they all do a wonderful job . The orthodontics is beyond amazing at what he does! The assistants are always so nice and friendly. They all make the experience great!
