The thing that is most impressive about the service I have received from Brian's Agency is his on going ability to give us his personal one on one time and his ongoing follow-up in a timely manner. I cannot speak highly enough of Brian and the service that he provides. We recently added my son to our insurance (as he got his license). Brian took 30 minutes of his own time to walk my son through what an insurance bill looks like, what the different parts mean, and how different accidents he might get into could affect the rates. When we were originally choosing insurance, he was patient, explained every choice, and made sensible recommendations without pressure. I would be remiss if I didn't also mention his office manager, Connie. She is always pleasant and willing to help, and tracks down the solution to any problem you throw at her. I highly recommend Brian if you're looking for an agent who will treat you like family.
