Best place I've worked so far. Lots of different things to do, good pay, and most of the people are friendly.

Was a decent company for 3 years. Then my wife was fired for her first workmens comp. Claim... a chiropractor appointment that she had a written note from said chiropractor , excusing her for the day. They said it was a unnecessary absence. Not sure what to say about that... I mean other then it is illegal.

If possible I would give a -5 rating to this company for not only the horrible way they treat their production employees as expendable but, also for unsafe and unsanitary conditions of the plant The company received the highest tier grant from the federal and state emergency funds offered only to the hospital because they agreed to make face shields for the hospital and counter shields for retailers, up to 1 million dollars By doing this they were labeled as an essential business during the state shutdown and could remain open During the state shutdown they had their employees working on non essential contracts 50% of the time and if an employee questions in any way management becomes irritated and aggressive creating a hostile work environment for the employee For their thank you and commitment to the company during the pandemic the employees have been given no ppe and or laid off after the contract was fulfilled This company needs to be audited by the state or federal government along with osha violations
