Ferrellgas

I bought a house where there was already a ferrellgas tank. After setting up an account and finding out we had to lease our tank we decided to switch to the company we had prior to moving. I called ferrellgas a told them i was going to switch and wanted them to come get their tank the following week after our new tank was set as to not disrupt us being able to heat our house. We still had propane in the tank as well. The next day I came home to find their tank gone and no heat in our house. I called and reminded them of our phone conversation the day before and all the lady could say is that she would need to talk to a supervisor and call me back. Allot of good that does when we have to heat for the next 3-5 days. Not impressed with their customer service at all and would not recommend them.
