Highly dont recommend. Especially if you work from home or have anxious pets. The fire alarms are so frequent. It is a constant construction zone and the workers leave behind their debris and have parties in the parking lot in the summer. Parking spaces for tenants are usually taken up by dumpsters for their projects. People need to enter your unit to make random updates all the time and your given a vague time frame. Again - when working from home this is inconvenient. We havent had treadmills for quite some time because of a poorly planned rearrangement of the gym. The grills catch fire from time to time because they havent been cleaned in awhile, if ever. There are massive spiders and webs on the first floor window off the elevator that have been there for over a year. The communication to tenants is lacking. Good luck trying to call the main office, they dont answer so youll get routed to their offsite center. The building is not always secure as the doors are usually broken. Delays to fix anything with the constant excuse of supply shortages, in some cases its understood, but I had to constantly ask for 6 months to have new HVAC filters. When I escalated it to the regional, only then did it get exchanged conveniently on the same day. The concrete in the parking garage is buckling up. Ive given them a year because in the beginning it was a newer company, but you can find better elsewhere. Louisiana Oaks was so much better and felt homier and Marie was on top of things. Trinity just let things go while they focus on finding ways to justify over charging for rent. If we werent in the process of trying to buy a home we would definitely not be renewing our lease.

0/5 stars. I do not recommend anyone living here if safety is your priority. I moved here right before the new management took over. Since we have been under new management, door are left open constantly allowing anyone off the street access to the building. The place is riddled with trash all time. The elevators are rarely cleaned and have trash and dirt all over the floor. The have made changes to the look of the building and thats nice but why does it matter when people have had things stolen and the place is dirty. I went to go check on my packages they are just thrown all over the floor in a pile when they have a Luxor box in the room. Just not what I would expect when they are advertising luxury on their website. The leasing office good luck reaching anyone after 2pm and you will never get them to answer the phones. Overall I cant recommend anyone stay here.

I wish I can give zero stars. I have lived here since February 2019 and I am very disappointed. I missed Louisiana oaks and their management. Marie was very helpful and friendly. A month ago, I sent an email and explained to them that someone else is using my parking spot. No one replied to my email. I talked to the person that was using our parking spot. The person stated that this is my parking spot. Then I called the office someone answered and said I will call you back and never call me back. After a few days I parked outside, then I sent an email again. Someone replied and gave us a different parking spot. The new parking spot neighbor was having issues parking next to us. The issue is that we have a large SUV, and some kind of a generator next to our spot, so it makes parking very difficult. then I went to the office and asked if there is another parking lot we can get switched to? There were two ladies at the office. They didn't even listen to my concerns. The left office lady said that we are not switching parking spots in a very aggressive tone. Again I explained to her we have been parking there for the last two years. why would you give someone who move in this month to my parking spot? She was like I am telling you right now. We are not changing your parking spot. I was so displeased and I felt that I waste my money every month. Now I live place that I am not happy with.

My time living here has been less than ideal. The apartment is now under new management, so hopefully some of these things change. Security - The lack of security is the number one issue for me. The hallways and elevators do not have any security cameras. The cameras in the garage are worthless. There have been numerous break ins to the garage, and my vehicle, along with many other vehicles were stolen. Management acted like they were so sorry that it happened but have not made ANY changes since then to prevent it from happening again. The garage is also always dirty and has never been fully cleaned. The lighting is horrible and the structure of the parking spots is terrible. The support beams have a huge lip on the bottom that make it extremely difficult to park if somebody is in the spot next to you. Amenities - This is something that new management seems to actively be trying to improve. They have upgraded the lobby and leasing office, and I believe there are plans to do some renovations to the other common areas. Noise - Neighbors are noisy at all hours of the day but management doesn't seem to care. We have mentioned this multiple times, and while they say they are doing something about it, nothing ever changes. Management - This also seems to be getting a little better. I have tried going to the office multiple times, but nobody ever seems to be in the office. When I am able to get ahold of them though, they are usually very helpful. Pros - As mentioned, the building is under new management and they seem to be moving in the right direction. I am hoping that things turn around, but there is still a long way to go. Overall, there are MANY things that need to be improved, but the most important one to me is security. Some of the doors don't lock properly, security cameras need updating, and they need to fix some of the doors to the parking deck because the garage has repeatedly been broken into. With crime rapidly increasing across the cities, this should be a #1 priority, but for some reason nothing seems to change.
