        I called Perfekt with some questions about a construction lien and they were extremely helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and they were very patient with my lack of knowledge. I would highly recommend them.

        I bought a lifetime membership from the company they purchased and perfukt would not honor my membership. they wanted over $350 dollars to file a simple mech lein in hennepin county. the salesperson was a weasel who got all teary eyed when I asked a few simple questions like "could you tell me if I can file my own lein" and they strung me along when I really needed some help. I wouldn;t recommend anyone doing business this crappy, usurious outfit.
