Delivered a fridge that got damaged due to Ill equipped and unknowledgeable employees. I suggested they remove the door hinges to move this fridge into the apartment, and it got dented and scratched and they eventually took my advice after they damaged the brand new fridge.

Ive used several other local heating contractors from the Hibbing area over the last 15 years but this company was by far the best! I cant tell you how many times my problems were misdiagnosed costing me money and lots of frustration. I wasnt one of A 1s customers and up here if you bought a furnace or ac from someone else good luck trying to get someone to come out for a service call. I get that and understand that, but to my surprise A1 fit me in and Ernie came out in a timely matter. He knew the problem right away, and had me fixed up in no time. I cant tell you how good it feels to know I have someone I can trust! I wish I found them 15 years ago!
