        Ok girls I've been a member at other health clubs, but if your looking for something that will get you in shape no matter what shape your in Curves is for you. And don't think for a minute you physically fit ladys that you can't get a good work out because the system is based on applied effort. Also if your tired of crowded classes or cannot make a class at a certain time then you will like Curves, because "you" have control of your time & schedule. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with Curves.
