We had our plumbing (main water line) worked on to have a city water line put in. Before this, we were using well water. The pressure difference was so great that our shower is constantly running now which is something the plumber failed to check before leaving. Not to mention, our toilet over filled multiple times. My husband first called to have the guy come back to fix this because if you do a job, it should be done right the first time and if not, come back and make it right. The lady he spoke with told him to find a different business closer to us because they're apparently too far away and don't have the time? He said ok. But this was not right and not the way a business should've treated their customer. I called a week later to have this resolved and yet again, the lady said to look for someone else to finish the job they couldn't. I simply told her I was not going to look for someone who didn't start this job. She said "but he didn't touch your shower", which yes, understood, but if you take part in working on our MAIN WATER LINE, you check all your bases. The shower being one of them. The lady answering the phone for this business needs a lesson in customer service. She has no empathy and clearly no common sense. Josh is a very nice, hard worker who admitted to his mistake but the rude person answering the phone, should be let go.

Very much appreciated the fast response to my call. The service man was extremely polite and helpful.. if ever I’m need of a plumber I will only use EDS THANK YOU!!!!
